In addition to the rent there is a 4.5% GED tax and 7.25% transient tax

Reservation Deposit of 50% is due one week after reservation is confirmed

Rent is payable by money order, cashier's check or travelers checks.

Personal checks accepted only 30 days prior to reservation.
Full payment must be received prior to arrival

Our Hawaii Wood Valley vacation rental comes with everything you could possibly need, plus all the extras that give it that special touch. The house is equipped with the best of everything to make your stay safe, efficient, and “user friendly”. The water heater, stove, and refrigerator runs on electricity . We even have the luxury of drinking pure spring water from the tap which is rare on the islands.

Wood Valley Vacation Rental is a 1400 square foot vacation cottage nestled on 27 acres of coffee fields and horse pastures. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home to cook your favorite meals. A microwave, blender, coffee maker and grinder are all provided. There are basic condiments in the cupboards for our guests too.

The two bedroom cottage has a living room, two spacious full private bathrooms, dining room area, kitchen, and 2 outdoor lanais (patios).

Soft sheets and a comfortable beds lends to a good nights rest.

All of the linens are provided such as towels, sheets, blankets, and extra pillows.

We have furnished lots of extras to make your vacation comfy and safe. You will find beach chairs, lawn chairs, and coolers, flashlights, first aid kit, candles, lanterns, hair dryer, clothes line and a fire extinguisher.

A television with VCR and DVD is provided for movies, and a 5 disc CD for music.

A great selection of Hawaii interest books and local information is available also.
